Boys & Girls Club of Rochester’s leadership is comprised of both a full-time staff and a Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors are a diverse group of community champions who volunteer their time and expertise to ensure Club’s mission is lived out - empowering all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring community members.
